To foster collective growth, I created the TrueNorth Leadership Workshop Series — a facilitated group experience where diversity, vulnerability, and shared wisdom fuel transformation. It’s a space where leaders gather not to impress, but to grow — together.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mom to my beautiful daughter, Banks. She was the spark behind this journey — the reason I stepped out in faith to build something bold, meaningful, and true.
